Announcing the return of the Exquisite Palette Exhibition, bigger and better than ever before. This years’ exhibition will be held at the spacious new Tacit Galleries in Collingwood, Melbourne.

Embracing the symbol of the painter, artists contribute works using the timber studio palette in an exhibition of the exquisite and the bizarre.

For the first time the exhibition is open to all international artists and already includes entrants from the United States and Europe.

Entry fee: A$25
This covers your palette, install, opening night event, gallery staffing and de-install.

Palette collection:
Palettes are ready for collection from St. Luke Artists Colourmen, 32 Smith Street, Collingwood, Victoria. If you aren’t able to make it to our store in person, we can mail to you for a small charge. Please contact us by email with your details to arrange postage to you.

Final delivery date:
You still have until 5pm Saturday 26th May 2018 to drop-off your finished palette.

Artists can set any price for their work. The sale price will include 10% GST. Please note that there is a 20% sales commission from Tacit Galleries. Allow for the commission in the price you set for your work.

Opening night event:
Wednesday 6th June 2018 from 6-8pm.

Exhibition dates:
The exhibition will be open to the public from June 6th through to July 7th 2018.

Drop Off:

Please drop off to St. Luke Artist Colourmen before 5pm Sat May 26th. No wires, d-rings, or hooks to be attached to back of  palette. All works must be clearly labeled with the artist’s full name and title of work, and price on the outside of packaging if wrapped.Work cannot be accepted if wet.While all care will be taken with entered artworks. St.Luke Artist Colourmen are not responsible for loss or damage of artworks at any point.

Return of artwork:
If you have not been contacted by end of day Tuesday 17th July 2018, your work has not been sold and you need to organise for it to be collected. Artists are responsible for the pick-up of their palette and all associated costs for return shipping if needed. No responsibility is accepted by St. Luke Artist Colourmen for loss or damage of transported artworks.

International artists:
We highly recommend overseas entrants to enter early to allow for shipping to St Luke in time for deadline. Please be aware that costs for international return of unsold artwork is the responsibility of the artist.

Please note that by entering The Exquisite Palette Show we reserve the right to re-publish your artwork for the purposes of marketing of the Exquisite Palette Show.
